We do not issue any refunds or store credits 

•  As all our products are made to order and handcrafted , we do not accept and returns or exchanges . 
• kindly check the size before placing an order , as we have a strict no exchange policy . 
• Returns or cancellation will only be accepted if there is a genuine product damage ie - during the delivery or manufacturing defect , photographs of the said product should be sent immediately within a day of delivery to teamsravanirao@gmail.com.
• Replacement or refund of the product, in case of damage will be subjected to availability and timeline. 
• Only in the cases where the replacement of the damaged production is not  possible , we shall issue a full refund in the same mode of payment done by the customer.
